How long does order processing take?
For U.S orders, processing usually takes 1–3 business days. For international orders, processing usually takes 3–5 business days. During peak periods or promotions, processing may take a little longer.
How long does shipping take?
For U.S orders, estimated transit time is usually 4–7 business days after processing. For international orders, estimated transit time is usually 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, or customs delays.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the package is handed to the carrier.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from the date your order is marked delivered. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags and original packaging.
How do I start a return?

Who pays for return shipping?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
